I've been trying for 2 1/2 weeks to schedule a couples massage with a pre-paid gift card. For the last 2-3 weeks, I’ve been trying to use a couples gift certificate that was paid for in full, including tip, but have not been able to do so. Not only have we not been able to schedule an appointment but it’s been a series of turnarounds - first I was told they were working on it and they’d call me back by the end of the day - there was no call back so I called back a day or so later, again - they were not able to schedule a couples massage - claimed to still be looking. This has been the story and I’ve continued to try and schedule the appointment. At this point, I am pretty frustrated at this point, especially as our gift card and tip have been paid for in full. I supported this spa because Lawrence, the owner, was in my BNI group. Thus far, I haven't been happy with this experience. Happy to revise review if we either get a full refund back, or, the actual service we paid for.

I will say they offered to schedule back-to-back massage appointments, however, that's not what we paid for or wanted. If you're going to offer gift certificates for couples massages, you should offer couples massages. It shouldn't take 2 + weeks to try to make this happen.
