Best Buy at 2005 Forest Avenue, Chico, California.

The customer service is always pretty decent, however I recently had an interaction with a woman there that was less than stellar. I had to turn a computer that kept crashing, and I was able to return it without an issue. However, the woman behind the counter gave me a 'voucher' of sorts to see if I wanted a new computer. I really didn't want one, and just wanted to return it and come back at a later time. I gave it back to her, and was able to get the credit back on my card. THEN, I went to go buy some peeps and she MADE ME use my credit card on file. I love Best Buy, but this woman had a serious issue listening to customers.
