Butte County Social Welfare at 2445 Carmichael Drive, Chico, California.

Never have I been so angry with this office. I have never been in and out within 4 hours. Today, after the long line and check in, i had to fill out paperwork and get back in line and Recheck in. I sat and waited for 2 and a half hours for a packet of my rights and responsibilities. I am not a new applicant. I know my rights and responsibilities and they gave me a number to wait anyways and then after the 2 and a half hour wait i finally got up and went to the front desk to see if there was some possible explanation only to find out they classified me as a no show with out even calling my number. Then i had to wait some more for them to scramble to find my packet and bring it to me.
I was not alone either. I was one of 4 differnt cases that this happened to just in the time i was waiting. I feel that i or anyone could run this office more efficiently. There needs to be a change in management.
If i could put zero stars or negatives i would. This is RIDICULOUS!
